Thueyts is a charming little village in the South of Ardèche, located on a volcanic plateau. Its particular geology offers an impressive basaltic casting, leading to the famous "Pont du Diable" (bridge of the devil), spanning the river Ardèche. The village is located at five minutes of the hydrotherapeutic centre, Neyrac-les-Bains.

    In the middle of a green landscape you will discover a little town which has received the seal of approval "Village de caractère" (traditional village). In the middle of a large park, is located the Château de Blou (Castle of Blou). This place offers all kinds of amusements, a playing area, a multimedia centre and a library. Sportsman will enjoy the marked footpaths, the stadium and the tennis court as well as the only Via Ferrata (climbing site) of the department.

    A health centre, a drugstore as well as many other shops are at your disposal in the village. Located between the limestone Ardèche gorges and the "Plateau Ardéchois", Thueyts is an ideal rest point to visit the Vivarais.
